    RETURN POLICY

    No refunds – Exchange only. Exchange requests must be processed within 10 days of shipment receipt. Notice must be given to service@jenniferusa.com within 3 days of delivery, to voice any problems or concerns with merchandise. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition, with printed receipt included. In the case of a mandatory exchange, wherein any customer received the incorrect item, Jennifer USA will provide a return shipping label to ensure a free exchange process. In the case of an optional exchange, wherein a correct item was received, any customer may opt to receive an alternate, equally-valued item at a shared cost of shipping. Customer will pay return shipping costs using the carrier of their choice, while Jennifer USA agrees to cover the cost of reshipping a processed exchange.

    DELIVERY

    Expedited shipping methods refer only to the time in-transit, and does not include processing time. Most orders are processed within 3 business days time, but please allow up to 2 weeks for shipment details to arrive inbox. International customers must be aware that S&H costs assessed in check-out do not include customs duties & taxes to be billed/collected by the carrier upon importation.
